We aim to foster our employees commitment to the company through our culture and structure.
Small enough to care – although being part of a larger group of companies keeps us strong, we are also small enough to work on a personal basis and recognise our employees for the difference they make to the operation.
Social working relationships – our people value their relationships with their colleagues, which are built on trust openness, respect and cooperation. Events organised by our Sports and social club committee such as football and netball tournaments, and an annual dinner dance, adds a social element in which information networking and teambuilding exercises can really aid the friendly atmosphere in which we operate.
Charitable support – we are proud of our employees that make the effort to participate in charities and local initiatives, and offer support for their efforts. From sponsoring staff activities to sponsoring local schools and donating to local schemes such as Rose Road Appeal in Southampton and the Pied Piper Appeal in Gloucester, we are proud to give back to the community.
