All Fortis Insurance policies are supported by Fortis OneCall our UK based, in house claims helpline that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing maximum speed and simplicity throughout the claim. We do not operate an automated telephone service and are proud of our market leading service levels with 80% of calls being answered within 20 seconds.
Assistance International provides travel policyholders with a 24 hour global medical emergency service.
