All Fortis Insurance policies are supported by Fortis OneCall our UK based, in house claims helpline that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing maximum speed and simplicity throughout the claim. We do not operate an automated telephone service and are proud of our market leading service levels with 80% of calls being answered within 20 seconds.

Assistance International provides travel policyholders with a 24 hour global medical emergency service.

If you need to make a claim please refer to your policy booklet or contact your insurance adviser to find out what information you will need to give us in order to deal with your claims as quickly as possible.
