§         Accidental damage Machinery and Computer Equipment Breakdown, Subsidence Theft, money, malicious attack and glass Deterioration of frozen food, medicines and drugs £2,000. Automatic cover for up to £10,000 Computer Equipment – additional cover available on request.

§         Extensions include automatic seasonal increase 25%, exhibitions £2,500, theft of keys, £1,000, theft of garden implements and furniture £1,500

§         Options available to include Residents effects and Household covers

§         Business Interruption Including Unspecified suppliers, Public Utilities (full failure)

§         Book debts, Notifiable Disease (Premises), Poisoning, Defective Drains and Murder or Suicide, Denial of access, Transit and Alternative accommodation

§         Employers Liability £10m any one occurrence
§         Public Liability £5m any one occurrence 
§         Product Liability £5m any one period of insurance 
§         Nursing malpractice £5m any one occurrence 
§         Personal Liability cover for residents and staff £1m per occurrence
§         Legal Expenses Standard  £100,000 limit
