Fortis are pleased to inform our customers that both our claims and operations' centres in Eastleigh and Gloucester are appropriately staffed to handle calls today. However due to the current weather conditions, our claims centre is experiencing a high level of enquiries.
To help customers severely impacted by the snow, it would be helpful if calls could be restricted to emergencies only for today. Thank you for your support and patience in this busy period.
